Day Camp Counselor (multiple positions)- Must be 16+

Compensation: $305/ week, including room & board (negotiable for commuter)
Day Camp Counselors work with campers aged 5-12, guiding them through activities and fostering friendships. Under the Day Camp Coordinator’s supervision, counselors manage small groups of 6-8 children, model social behaviors, and address conflicts when needed. Candidates should be social, responsible, and eager to have fun. Must be 16+ and can train as a lifeguard at no cost if desired.

General Counselors work with overnight campers (ages 5-18), modeling social behaviors, discussing the Gospel, and guiding small groups (8-10) to activities. They redirect behaviors as needed and report conflicts to the Program Coordinator or supervisor. Counselors may also serve as day camp counselors or in other roles. Candidates should be social, responsible, and eager to have fun. Must be 18+ and can train as a lifeguard at no cost if desired.

Pathfinder Lodge is looking for a self-motivated, safety-conscious individual to join our team. Under the Facility Manager’s guidance, responsibilities include landscape maintenance, building upkeep, painting, and general repairs, with opportunities to learn basic electrical, plumbing, motor repairs, and construction. The role involves physical tasks like lifting, bending, and digging. Applicants must be 18+ and can train as a lifeguard at no cost if desired.
Day Camp Coordinator- Must be 18+

Compensation: $330/ week, including room & board (negotiable for commuter) The Day Camp Coordinator plans and oversees activities for young campers, supervises counselors, and communicates with parents during drop-off and pick-up. This role supports campers’ social growth, assists with behavior guidance, and addresses conflicts or individual needs. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and a creative problem solver, with preferred supervisory experience. Applicants must be 18+ years old.
Program Coordinator- Must be 21+
Job Type: Seasonal, Full-time

Compensation: $350/ week, including room & board (negotiable for commuter) The Program Coordinator creates and implements weekly activity schedules for the overnight camping program, leading crafts, games, and activities aligned with the summer curriculum. This role involves interacting with parents, campers, and staff, addressing needs, problem-solving, and referring issues to the director as needed. A strong personal faith and comfort discussing Christ are essential for leading the faith-based curriculum. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and a creative problem solver, with preferred supervisory experience. Applicants must be 21+ years old.
Site Director In Training- Must be 25+ by May 2026

We are seeking an administratively skilled missionary for the Site Director position in 2026, with a vision for using Pathfinder Lodge to share the Gospel. The Site Director in Training will learn to schedule facility usage, oversee staff, create programming, and ensure compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations. The role involves shadowing the Director, assisting the Assistant Director, and rotating through supervisory duties. Ideal candidates are passionate about the Gospel, self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented, with strong preference for supervisory experience. Applicants must be 25 by May 2026.

Pathfinder Lodge is seeking a motivated individual for the 2026 Facility Manager position. This full-time role involves landscaping, plumbing, and general construction. As a Facility Manager in Training, you’ll work with experienced managers and volunteers to learn property maintenance and long-term improvement strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and safety-conscious. Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. Applicants must be 21 by May 2026

Pre-season staff are responsible for cleaning buildings and preparing grounds for the summer ministry. These individuals must be hard-working, self-motivated and safety conscious. Room and board is included along with a stipend. Must be 18+ years old and comfortable working independently.
